Leviathan
What kind of enemy is that ? Armored, flying and only sniping a helldiver with one hit. Without an warning or something. Nice. All new enemys are only massive HP, stunnig, shooting from far away, ragdolling you or even one hit sniping you. Pleasy overthink your enemys AI´s. You make things worst. Then balance, then worst with new, then balance.

there is so much wrong currently. All city fights are massive enemy spawns, all stratagems collide with the buildings etc.
God... this game and dont forgett: Choose a armor with a good perk or choose a bad one but looks good. Pls let us choose witch armor we are wear and wich perk we want on our helldiver. Thanks.

I tried a full 3 missions on diff 8 earlier since it's already late at night.
I personally find it very fun and will do diff 10 tomorrow.

I find Illuminates are easy to deal with if you can stay clear of watchers and I'm really good at being stealthy. (although watchers have been cheating lately, detecting from 200m through buildings often)
But I agree that those overseers spawn rate has increased significantly (and those fcker fly so high on this map!).

For those new mobs, I like using Laser cannon on them the most. It can takedown Stingray in seconds, can takedown Flesh Mob in double half charge (let it cooldowns half way). It's possible to takedown Harvester too, albeit it's not very effective.
It also can be use on overseers and voteless as well. The best thing is: Infinite ammo!

As for Leviathan, I do agree that they insanely accurate, but aside from the mission that have you destroy 40 ships where it constantly in alert state, I don't think it posed any threat when you have a lot of tall building to cover beside getting pot shot through the gap from time to time.

Although, it's was only diff 8 and I have a shield pack. Maybe it will help you?

But I also kinda curious if it was meant to be able to taken down, since every thing I tested on it, only Anti-Tank emplacement seems to realistically do enough damage to take out their wings and weapons.

Use the buildings to your advantage for cover. We already had big trees blocking certain stratagems like Eagles. Adapt to your environments.

so do you mean the whole strafing run needs to hit it, like you need to line it up perfectly ?

Leviathans are primarily an "Avoid or focus all firepower" sort of ordeal. They don't actively engage you and won't chase you, but if they get line of sight to you and there's nothing else around like SEAF or civvies they'll turn their turrets on you and snipe you.

You can down them with several recoilless shots or AT emplacement rounds to the circle weakspots on their underside, but it's definitely a bit of a hassle and drain on your resources to do, so doing this should be mostly reserved to situations where you NEED to kill the leviathan to advance
