Are there daytime missions?

So I'm about 9 hours in and have done a couple dozen missions and EVERY SINGE ONE has been at night or at least dusk it seems. I've seen videos of missions during the daytime, and the screen where you unlock stratagems shows daytime footage, so I'm not sure what's going on. Am I just unlucky? Are some planets always in the dark? Are my settings messed up?

I don't mind night missions, but after 26 in a row I'd like to see a daytime one.

You choose the time depending on where you click on the planet. There is also a symbol on the cursor

There are, but for some reason most missions seem to be on the dark side of a planet. You can change difficulties to get different times (pay attention to to the little symbol when you highlight a mission or squad to join, it'll have a yellow sun or blue moon).

Not sure if this is by design, or if most players choose daytime missions and their squads are full, leaving night options as the majority of your choices.

If you're playing on New Haven, it's just always going to be dark and blue. Most other planets have full day and night cycle.
