they're very stupid.
break line of sight when hoard is chasing you and return to objective
it will be clear most times after doing this
the only enemy i can't reliably outmaneuver like this are the jetpack overseers, so have some way to kill those

Wasp. Everything else makes you more reliant on team.

Commando is still good, but not vs fleshmob.

Machine gun is still decent.

Orbital napalm for illuminate drops

Gatling sentry or machinegun sentry. But gatling is now better because of fleshmobs.

autocannon can deal with everything, but requires good ammo micromanagement to be effective

I've used autocannon before. It sucked so much. No thanks. Grenade launcher is more effective vs squids if you want something to deal with groups. Takes forever to kill anything with autocannon. Damage is abyssmal.
Gatling also makes swiss cheese of Stingrays as they pass by.

It does, but its unreliable. The one true reliable thing is the wasp. It's just not the best vs harvesters.

I main Autocannon and I would have to agree. Autocannon is a lot more effective on the Bug Front and Shines on the Bot front

Due to how Squid armor works it's not that effective on most units
Wasp is good, but suffers from pressure at close range. If you're studious about deleting threats before they get that close it's fine.

Autocannon is good, but has a lot of nuance to being used effectively on the squid front so that would probably take you time to climb up to the high skill ceiling. Mostly it's old AC mains that have adapted it.

I've been using a combination of jetpack, laser cannon, gas grenades/mines (for hordes and fleshmobs) and 500kg to be an all-rounder. Engage at any range, competent solo, can escape if things go south, supportive of duo/team. Lever action rifle or Halt for primary, either way to deal with Overseers (OSOKs or stun, respectively.)

Gas dog is good for dazing fleshmobs even with the bug it currently suffers from, but it can't get you over walls like jetpack.

Using the light Killzone armor for gas/shock protection. Lacking that, I'd suggest a light gas or stealth armor.

use the Purifier as its an absolute godsend, 2 shots the overseers and can kill a few zombies in 1 shot if you group them up, it takes a few to kill the fleshmobs but it slightly staggers them or makes them slow

I like to bring the defender with the ballistic shield for mostly everything, thermites for fleshmobs, and the grenade launcher for large hordes of voteless. I am aware the loadout doesn't really have anything on harvesters so use the other two stratagem slots for those, or use your teammates.
I think this faction is the one that needs the most teamwork when it comes to arsenal. Wasp is great for armored targets and flesh mobs, Arc thrower is amazing for votless crowds due to arcing and stun, but the density of Armored enemies and low armor hoards really make it hard to 1 man army it. Plasma weapons feel really good here as well.

Scythe, Talon, Gas grenades for weapons.

Laser Dog, Laser Cannon, Orbital laser, and usually some kind of turret for stratagems.

Takes care of basically everything the Illuminate can throw at you.

Fighters are surprisingly weak to the laser cannon, and for harvesters you just aim for the joint between the leg and body and the leg will fall off, killing it.

WW1 water cool method. Have a self harming laser rifle and fire proof armor, and have someone in the medic kit at their side. Boom, instant infitine heavy pen for the rest of the match. Works on diff 10 like a cake walk.
