Have you not learned that war bonds are just optional stuff? You don;'t need anything in there really, I mean I've not used a weapon from a war bond in a good while before the cowboy one, the pistol is good, and I'm using it at the moment because I don't have to worry about ammo like i do with the others. My primary is from Polar patriots, I use Impact and the AT grenades and that's about it. The armour i use is a heavy set with carry more grenades perk from the super store, so...... yeah, I have zero expectations for war bonds actually having something I want.

For something as delightful as a FG42 / FN FAL hybrid with awesome firing sound, they sure as ♥♥♥♥ made it completely useless in-game.

If Amendment was a medium pen rifle I might have looked at it as an interesting alternative to Diligence CS, but with light pen I can't think of any good use for it.

I don't see the Fal aspect to it.
It doesn't have any aspect from the FG42 aside from the sideways magwell.

It's pretty much just a M14 with a sideways magazine.
