Why are there CODES for SC

JUST going to say this now.
No do NOT buy them cuz it looks 100% like a scam they are on sites like Ebay and Amazon but there are other places that are SELLING codes that work on Steam and PSN it seems that when redeemed in the normal way for that platform can give from 500 SC to 20,000 SC..

people CAN BUY from 3rd party sites codes... for in game PREMIUM currency.
and these codes wanta know what EVERY vender is saying these codes came from within sony and are handed out FOR FREE to streamers and others that promote the game....

Guys..

Once again people DO NOT BUY any of these as it more then likely a scam.
But these codes are real.

on steam you redeem codes in the bottom left (not in game).
as for the PS way I don't know where yall put redeem codes to unlock games\dlc and such

It's a scam. There is this video on YT that showed up on my recommended list with a clickbait title saying 'super credits glitch' but he gives a dubious link laced with ads to buy SC and promises up to '20k in SC once purchased'. There was never a way to redeem SC through code redemption.

Some stupid people fell for it and posted that they got nothing even after purchasing while his bot accounts spam comments saying he is 'great and awesome' etc lol. I reported his channel for misleading people yet his channel still stays up. He literally posts the same thing like 50 times and YT doesn't care about these channels running.

So, if they are real, aka from Sony, then there has to be proof for that. If the only proof is "it is from a illegal site" then it is no proof, this is just SCAM. Stop spreading such nonesense.
