Is there a way to activate it myself ? I couldn't find anything when dropping it

Press 5, it needs to be on your back when you activate it, THEN you drop it.

You can also press 5 to interact with Resupply Backpack (will resupply yourself) and the dogs (will call then back to the backpack, can be used to reaload outside combat).

Only the normal guard dog will reload. All the others won't, but they will holster themselves onto your back

You also don't *need* to drop the hellbomb backpack, once it's on it can't be turned off. Something to keep in mind if you really need something dead

Dropping the ticking hellbomb is optional. Depends on how much you hate what you are about to blow up.
