HD2 Mod Manager question
Do you need to launcher the game through mod manager or steam is also fine?

Seems to me that both work fine.

I launch through steam and my audio mods work anyway.

Yeah.

It seems the mod manager is more of a simplified installer. It is not required to run the mods, it just unpacks and installs them in the correct folder(s) for you.
