Latest update, sound problems

Has anyone else suddenly had problems with ingame sound? For me some of he sounds are completely gone, like all the sounds in the beginning of the mission where the pods are firing. Then there is a chance that during the mission all sound simply begins to heavily stutter for the rest of the mission.

I do have some mods installed. But I tried to de-activate every sound related mod, no results.
