Anti material rifle aiming
Did they change something in the AMR with the last update? I was able to consistantly drop hulks and tripods before the update and now it seems like the targeting is off. like it almost always is low left of the crosshair.

anyone else notice anything like this?

Yeah aiming is bugged atm
1rst person is bugged on all guns
weapon and scope model follow your mouse, not the actual point of aim ( white circle in 3rd person )
To put it as simply as possible, your weapon and model move as fast as they can, as if the weapon has no drag, but your actual aim still drags. You can REALLY see this effect on things like the Autocannon or Eruptor. The AMR just gets the worst of it because it relies on first person to be usable.
Uhh im having the opposite effect. I play in first person all the time, and recoil is suddenly non existent. I can shoot as fast as with a counter sniper. Cant see this mentioned in the patch notes
The AMR doesnt have a circle point at all. you have to get good at knowing knowing where the middle of the screen is or use FPS mode. The scope in FPS mode feels like it is off again.

There is still something off about it which fits more with the "3rd person aim mode is still active in first person and the bullets actually go to where the 3rd person aim circle is".

The way it is now it seems that the only thing first person aiming does is possibly increasing the accuracy and how quickly the 3rd person aim settles back down to where you are aiming but the bullets no longer go where you are aiming in 1st person, you can aim perfectly but the recoil has pushed the invisible 3rd person aim circle up to the left so now all your shots are flying up to the left despite having the gun pointing right at the target.

If you try to rapid fire the AMR while still being accurate as you used to now those accurate shots will be flying all over the place above the target you have scoped in on so its not the handling/drag of the weapon that is doing it.
all first person view shots are strange. i feel like i have to aim way below targets in order to hit them in first person.
