Wait a few minutes. we always get new attacks. Illuminate have been doing raids scavenging for fuel, bodies, and other supplies. Its a decent holding pattern till we get the full release of the faction.

Yes.

Devs were tired with the lack of people on killing them.

Deemed it waste of dev time to keep working on them.

Promptly removed them from the game.
