Salute for QUICK democracy (hissing flag speed up easteregg)

Some might know, and some don't, but few i saw talking straight numbers:

Saluting the flag makes it rise 15% faster and any extra salute adds 7.5%
That's up to 37.5% faster democracy!

The flag takes 100s to rise. Easy math: 1s = 1%
Which brings it down to 62.5 seconds.

You save (nearly) 39seconds! That's huge... IF you can afford to be patriotic :)
