question about the Super Citizen dlc

Yes but you need to go through their zendesk, they give you the SC in a about a day or sor

they will ask you for a screenshot of proof of purchase. email them they'll tell you what you need to do.

They reverse engineer that stuff, (look through your in game ID)

You should defo get a response at the very least. I can personally speak of 5 others beside myself who got the SCs within a day of the ticket, plus the devs themselves providing this is as a solution.
