One final ditch solution is a pod. I bring EATs a bit of the time, you can throw it near the Titan nest and you'll destroy it with the pod landing on/near it.
Always good to have a backup.
Orbital gas should do it. I'm unsure of the exact demolition force needed but gas strike has the same as the 500kg bomb and that closes the hole.
There's actually a weird oddity here - the orbital napalm barrage is listed as only 30 demo strength, but all the airstrikes (normal, napalm etc) are listed as 40. So it's possible to close a titan hole with a napalm airstrike but not a napalm orbital if these numbers are correct.
I think it's a detonation force of 40 or higher?
But the most overall effective one are hellpods. If you have a turret sentry available, just call one down and try to have it drop on top of the hole. Even a humble supply drop or calling down one of your support weapons
