Stick together
watch all flanks
call out approaching enemies at all times and cover each other's back.
Look up how to do "fighting retreats" as a team and use them when disengaging, it changes everything when you master this technique.
Keep distance as much as possible.
Don't over lap stratagems if you can (unless you really have to. (which you will)).
Have answers for both heavy and light units, especially bile titans (either dedicate a guy for each or be all rounders yourselves.)
Take out bug holes, prioritize bile holes and stalker nests, decide quickly if you're digging in or falling back for breaches but be ready to do both. (watch all angles!!!)
Communicate which direction you're moving and go as a team when you do, don't leave a guy fending by himself because you forgot to say you're moving.
Know where you are going, have a plan of action and avoid fights you don't need, you will waste time and lives if you don't have a direction, cities are a chaotic maze, always have a way-point or signal where to meet up if the team gets broken apart.
Enemies will crawl through the rubble and come from hidden corners, be prepared.
Don't go in alone unless you know what you're doing and can be quick.
Have three guys hold off the horde while one commandos an objective if you can. (its worked best so far)
Your load out is fine, now its just about teamwork and practice. Have fun and don't be a b*tchdiver to other players. These new bugs are great.
This time around, Terminid-infested cities are almost encouraging Helldivers to stay together, at least having a partner because even I have to have someone covering my back.

It's the same build that I've used to solo level 10 without stimming once and getting 963 kills whilst clearing the whole map. No one's come close so far. You don't have to sweat to make it work. I just like to push it as far as possible.
The loadout works well regardless of solo or not.
For movement, whether it be cities or not try the link below.

SR-24 Street Scout Armour (Reload speed and extra ammunition)
CB-9 Explosive Crossbow (for bug holes/spore spewers/shrieker nests from long range)
P-19 Redeemer / P-4 Senator / P-113 Verdict (down to preference)
G-10 Incendiary / G-13 Incendiary Impact grenades (down to preference) (Gas grenades might work too)
LIFT-850 Jump Pack
M-105 Stalwart
MD-14 Incendiary mines
Orbital Railcannon Strike
This is a high mobility loadout for running around bug nests while taking out bug holes one by one. It also is good for taking out shrieker/spore spewer mushrooms from distance with minimal risk form elevated positions (Also bug holes from elevated positions if it is possible).
The stalwart is for mopping up light enemies without having to waste ammunition on "chaff".
The Rail Cannon strikes are for the odd heavily armoured enemy, but it is not suitable for solo play. This relies on someone in the squad nearby having antitank weaponry.
Incendiary minefields are intended mostly for area denial.
Just as an afterthought, I think gas grenades might work well in the environment to block chokepoints.
500kg, orbital laser, shield backpack and last one flamethrower.
Flamethrower always aim for their legs insects die faster if you aim to their legs.
Primary - Adjudicator. (Yes, I know some aren't fond of it, but I find it pretty useful)
Secondary - Verdict or Senator.
Grenade - Incendiary Impact.
Armour - Siege-Ready Heavy armour.
Stratagems:
Recoilless Rifle/Quasar Cannon (depends on what's needed)
Eagle 500kg/Eagle Strafing Run (depends on what's needed)
Orbital Gas Strike
Gatling Sentry/Machine Gun Sentry (depends on what's needed)
This setup is all about relying on your RR/Quasar for dealing with Impalers/Chargers/Titans while using the other stratagems to deal with mobs/nests. Your grenades are ideal for handling groups of enemies or picking off lone bug holes. The Adjudicator is best suited for taking down armoured enemies like Hive Guards or Brood Commanders as priority targets.
Light scout armor
Incendiary breaker
Grenade pistol
Frag
Eagle Airstrike
Shield generator backpack
Machine gun lowest RPM except when dealing with stalkers
Patriot Exosuit
Hit and run bug holes, avoid direct prolonged confrontations. Only stop moving if they're coming from one direction and you can hunker down in a good firing position.
Gloom/ Predator strain loadout:
Light scout armor
Incendiary breaker
Grenade pistol
Frag
500kg bomb
Shield generator backpack
Machine gun mid RPM unless dealing with stalkers
Patriot Exosuit (ONLY for flag raising)
Clusterbomb OR Expendable anti-tank
Soften up large nests with 500kg, or clusterbomb before running a lap around the nest tagging bug holes. Make note of points of interest nearby you might need to fall back to them for resources. Speed is often not enough, so be ready for break off. Never hold bug breaches, break off and return later. Avoid direct prolonged confrontations. For stalker nests just lob a 500kg instead, they'll often spawn too fast to clear a way inside.
Both loadouts are intended for breaking off from the squad to hit objectives. Exo patriot is to compensate for lack of heavy fire power if your team needs to hold a position such as flag raising or extraction.
