This is complete BS and the devs should have fixed this crap months ago, but they don't play their games or they only play on mid difficulty where it doesn't matter that much, they won't fix anything until they grow some balls and start playing on at least dif 8 and see for themselves how broken they spawn system is.
If there is a way to ruin enjoyment, AH will figure it out.
Translation to English: "75 or more meters from me."
There hasn't been a major patch in more than a month. Are these changes in the room with us?
We've known exactly how enemy spawning works for ~8 months yet people still claim that enemies spawn "on top of them". I've been asking for clips of said thing happening for that entire time. Nobody has been able to provide even a single clip in those 240 days yet I am the ignorant one.
He's not wrong. No one has ever provided evidence of this happening. There is a thin line of enemies magically appearing vs a player that didn't notice they were getting flanked by an enemy in the game.
Most people do not record as they play. The VAST majority of players aren't twitch goons that will clippit immediately.
Just go stick your head back in the sand. You seem to be more comfortable there.
EDIT: I'll be the first to admit, that last part reads more antagonistic than intended. I leave it in place though, because I feel it is still an accurate statement of my views.
I've never seen it happen to me but I have had plenty of times where I was fighting one patrol and didn't notice another patrol sneaking up behind me and wham I'm an Oreo snack to the bugs / bots.
It's problematic as a couple of months ago? No, not yet. It's stupid? Yes.
Who deny, does not play enough or has a very limited situational awareness.
People can claim all day how they "Know" how spawns and patrols work. Spoiler alert, they clearly don't. But as long as sh*t is spawning up my ass, those people and their claims are liars.
Stop playing on 5 and play on 9-10 if you want to see weird sh*t like that. It's like the game can't handle what 9-10 try to put out so it just does whatever.
I'm not talking about being surprised by a patrol I didn't see there before.
I'm talking about walking through an area, empty, and a second later, literally, a patrol is there, right where there was nothing before. They couldn't have walked there, I would have seen them (it was flat) or dropped, would have seen them too.
Also, patrol spawning should only happen from enemy bases, dropping, or the edge of the map. Nowhere else.
