DSS proved to everyone that grinding for months on major orders isnt worth the trouble. There's other games that actually reward you for long term work.
This is very different from HD2, which is a live-service game meant to be kept alive as long as possible, with a manually moderated galactic war.
You'd only win by now if it were the same system, not that Arrowhead is big brother and stopping any form of significant progress.
Won't argue against fear of removing content though, that's basically true.
If I am with friends, I am going to have a good time no matter what. So we crank the difficulty up to max and run around dropping 500k bombs as much as possible, and will do the global objectives. Because we really don’t care what we are playing, as long as it looks cool we are gonna have fun.
You know, I'm sorry, but this rebuttal has grown really stale.
It has made all the rounds in the year since launch, and it is just a fig’s leave in winter at this point.
No one wants to impose a “way to play” to the community here. Those are, at most, gatekeepers slaves to the meta. And frick them btw.
We’re beyond imploring HALF of the community to just read dispatches. Taking Heeth, would have meant the end of the MO immediately, and rewards awarded to all. Faster.
Is it sooo stressful to have fun and allow ALL to win something on top of that, just by changing the fricking planet you dive on? Apparently, yes.
As the OP, I’m done asking the bugdivers to do anything.
It’s set in stone you can’t count on them. I'm just... ehh perplexed, in being forced to earn rewards with twice the effort.
