Random Modifier Idea

I honestly thought it would be cool if there was a modifier that made your squad get randomly attacked by squids in other faction planets due to their FTL traveling,
It would be like a normal illuminate drops and their hostile to everything non illuminate, it would be cool if fights randomly broke out into 3 way brawls

Now that.... sounds like a lot of fun. Obviously it would have to be small scale, but this is a fantastic idea. Imagine being geared out for fighting bots and suddenly bugs come digging up out of the ground on a very rare occasion or fighting bugs and bot drop ships come in.
