Why does the base sickle not get a battery customisation option?

Title.

The scythe gets the option for a larger or faster cooling battery but the base sickle does not.

I fully understand the Double edge not getting the option, since it's a more specialised kind of battery - but the base sickle has no standout features to it (especially since the introduction of the DES) and I don't understand why this option was left out?

probably didn't think it was needed or could disrupt balance or something

personally I think it's weirder it got the X4 scope and the scythe didn't

like it's backwards or something
