if someone gets in the FRV with that backpack you can turn it on just trying to enter the car as you can activate it on someone's else back who's inside the FRV when you're just trying to get inside
This sort of practical joke is part of the game's identity. Accidents happen, things blow up, we have a ton of lives for a reason.
And even so, I'm an avid user of the Portable Hellbomb, but I can count on one hand the number of times other players activated it for me, voluntarily or not, with hilarious consequences every time.
Anyone using it should be prepared to be turned into a human bomb at a moment's notice anyway.
