The M2016 Constitution needs medium armor pen and lower damage for it to be a viable option.

There are very few players who find this rifle useful given its limited combat capabilities. Yes i know its a ceremonial rifle, but a rifle nonetheless with a long barrel and with high projectile velocity. Give us more armor pen and lower overall damage. This item is still a paid item and yes this whole ceremonial package seems like a novelty but i still want to find some uses to it.

YES, people want the meme weapon to stop being a meme. Pump the damage up to 220 and give it heavy armor penetration. Make it worth ACTUALLY USING instead of just being there to insult every new player's intellgence.

People want to juice up an antigue like its a Model T, and put in a V8 engine, spinners, and LED lights to make it modern. It's goofy. Just wait until they release more guns, or just use the deadeye 'cuz that's the Constitution but good
