review bombing is not a big thing for the game s reviews. There s a system that prevents it from affecting reviews too much
besides... We review bombed this game way more than the Chineese, what s the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ difference?
Oh no difference. One is justified and the other is pure rant over nothing. They are all review bombs right? so we’re all the same.
You’re Chinese and I’m Chinese. Proud of our review bombs.
Wow we really taught them a lesson didn’t we? These Swedish company think they can mess with us right? Well fak them let’s rage baby
2. Even Chinese have those of bugdiver intelligence
I am pretty sure most of em do not care. Even less of em will read this post.
That being said, HD2 being review bombed for Roleplay reasons is pretty funny to be honest.
Do you really want to water this whole thing down to “Roleplay reason”? Review is an important indicator and not to be swayed by trolls role play. They wanted to legit ruin this game, however of an embarrassing attempt it was.
You just have a general misunderstanding.
Negative reviews ruin the game?
You are overeacting, they did not try to force PSN Lock and they are not Nerfdiving, nor are they releasing overpriced Super Store pages or DSS that players worked for months to get only for it to turn out to be a Teamkilling Traitor Barrage Station or other reasons why the game got review bombed in the past.
They simply misunderstood the mechanic due to a poor transaltion, and got angry after Roleplaying too hard.
As far as I am concerned, that is pretty funny reason to review bomb the game.
And besides that, Steam has a filter system that does not count redundant reviews that do not adress the game (like ASCII art or some review bombs) towards the review score. (At least I think that is how the system works.)
So in the end, all is fine and well I guess. No real harm done tbh.
I already said they failed at trying to ruin it, making them look like clowns and crybabies.
