It says i can upgrade weapons at the armory but i dont see the option?

im a returning player. i barely played even when the first hype came out even though i liked it, just not enough time. now im returning. i see they introduced weapon leveling? although the liberty gun i was using didn't seem to get any levels but once i used the breacher it gained some levels and i got a message i can upgrade weapons in the armory...

but i went to the armory and i dont see anything?

im only level 10, do i need to level up or something? tried to google it but it mostly comes up with spam webpages about the update and not answering me question

You level your weapons by using them. Not all guns can be upgraded. Should say level 1 next to the ones that can. If you use a controller you can click left stick and it'll bring up attachments and skins you can unlock.

the option is right next to the weapon equip button.

You need to use the weapon you want to upgrade. With each successfull mission the weapon levels up. With levels you unlock attachments that you can later buy.

You go into the armoury, primary weapons, click the weapon you want to upgrade, at the bottom right of the screen you will see CUSTOMISE in yellow and EQUIP in green.

You want to click 'CUSTOMISE'

also if you use the crossover guns (STA-11, Plasma Sniper), those cannot be modified.
