RIP Ultimatum
Due to the nerf of the ulimatum its now a completely stupid and pointless sidearm. Now a gimmick item. It was nice while it lasted.

Correct. Saying the Ultimatum is “useless” when it oneshots literally every non-shielded enemy in the game—as a secondary weapon—is mind boggling. And “saving time” as an argument taken to its logical endpoint is “why isn’t there a button to instantly win the mission?” The Ultimatum removed gameplay elements (fighting without stratagems to take out the jammer directly) and trivialized one of the most well-designed subobjectives. If having to wait like 10-15 seconds for a Hellbomb to drop is too much for you, then I don’t know why you’d even bother playing non-Eradicate missions.

Uhu, I'm sure. Just admit that you miss your crutch for trivializing bot objectives, especially Jammers. It still kills every heavy it used to kill before.

You better get used to it. The devs would probably nerf every weapon before implementing the weapons customisation

Theyre boring not overwhelming. All you do is sit on your ass for like 2 minutes waiting for the a fake load to happen lol. Purely boring mechanics. its not fun and its not hard.

wait so you guys are upset they made it even better at killing heavies, gave it more ammo, but took away the fact it basically played the game for you removing entire objectives and clearing spawn zones of enemies? it was super busted and op taking away the choice of using anything but it with how super op it was. they didn't even truely nerf it just shifted its role to be anti large target, instead of auto win button, and you are complaining? i never used it because it made the game too easy in the first place, now i might actually take it.

It was never challenging. all you gotta do is use a supply pack and should be easy. just boring.
Guess I'll be bringing a portable hellbomb more often on certain missions.
