About the lazy divers
I've noticed that many divers are failing to apply democracy in the middle of missions, and are instead wandering around the map while one or two divers apply democracy. It would be better if they were looking for and collecting treasures and samples... and they do this after a while, when it no longer pays to leave the mission and lose all progress.

I want ideas on how to work these lazy divers

You're going to have to explain a bit more of what you mean by "wandering around the map". If they're trying to discover PoIs (and thus samples/SC/etc.) or secondary objectives/enemy spawn locations then that's exactly what they have to do unless there's already a Lidar station active. If you aren't sure just ask in chat and see what's up. I usually split off to look for those things if we are not having trouble with the main missions or if the group constantly stops to fight at every breach/reinforcement as it's just wasting time for no reason.

On the other hand if you mean they're wandering in previously explored areas and doing nothing that's an entirely different thing and indeed a true waste of time and democracy.

As soon as the Democracy Station is on site with Eagle Strike support I f*ck off.

I don't care how valuable the Major Order is. I won't put up with constantly being shot down out of the blue.

another issue that can be solved by
HYOG
At least if they were looking for pols or secondary objectives it would be ok... but really doind nothing while u being eaten alive by the bugs or waiting on extraction site while u alone trying to obliterate a titan nest...
Why are you staring at a map tracking your teammates locations when you should be putting work in?

Counter lazy with incentives, lazy diving would be reduced if samples could be use to purchase something meaningful.
I dunno man, just kick them if you don't like how they play.

After 4-5 sequential deaths alone, there's no way you wouldn't check what other's doing instead of helping you.

I though this game community was a bit better enough to not reach this behavior, but it seems a way out, kicking and blocking half of it.

One thing that took my attention is that none were low level players, almost always lv 80+

I can't understand why players would do that, you literally play out the best and fun part of the game. there's not "farm", "ranking", "stats" to try take advantage... it's just the spread of democracy and freedom.
Does checking emails during a mission count as being lazy?

Follow up question, what if I really need to skip a YouTube ad?
If you like collecting you can always play pokemon. It is a horde shooter. I bought it to shoot hordes. Simple

*yawn*
I'm sorry, what were we talking about? Nevermind, I'm gonna go take a nap.
The best advice is "stay in your own lane." Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing.
