Resistance is quite high at Turing. Actually, resistance has fallen since Turing was taken. So no, at least in this instance, they're not moving goalposts. Plus, Turing hasn't been focused at all. At most, I've seen 8k divers there the last few days since it got taken.
Anyway
The hell are you on? Turing has a 1.5 defense from the bugs and it was not moved for days before now. It started at 2.5. There is constantly 20k+ people on it since day one 25k on it right now. All the people talking about wearing down the bugs like in the last MO have been real quiet this time around.
EDIT:
BTW, even with the 2.0 defense with the number of peeps we had there should have captured the planet 2 hours from now, now it is projected to be captured at 12:00.
