No way to get it as of right now. Anything offered during pre-order is still only available by pre-ordering. So unless you got a time machine you'll have to wait until they offer it again or as a separate bundle.

Though apparently AH made a public statement they won't ever make it available again, wanting to keep it as an exclusive "thank you" to players who gave them the chance and bought into the game early. So time machine may be the only option.

OP is Ukrainian, or so the name claims. If a hypothetical time machine is built, I think he has more important things to change in the past than getting virtual armour that looks good.
