Personal order confusion

Am I missing something? It says to kill 250 voteless, isn't that supposed to be the illuminate dudes? I don't have a single planet to go to so I can fight them on my map. New to the game and never got on this early in the day so maybe im missing something?

You're right, those are the Illuminate zombies - and worry not, they'll pop up on another planet never soon - they're never gone for longer than an hour, it seems.

I think there's a bit of an issue with personal orders in that I often get ones I simply cannot do. Like, one for using stratagems I do not have yet. Not a huge problem since it's only worth 15, but still. The voteless is an issue too if you play late in the day, because if there's no planet left with them, you can't do anything about it.

I hate that these personal orders don't count all kills. Yesterday, we had a kill 45 with Quasar cannon order and I shot down ar least 10 dropships and it counted none of those as kills. Also, it didn't count the bots that got pancaked by those falling dropships which I also think is an issue.
