Need help choosing a Warbond
Im closing in on 1000 supercredits after coming back to the game from a 8-9 month break. My experience with warbonds has been quite mixed in the past, so please tell me which of the following you think is best and why:

Chemical Agents
Truth Enforcers
Urban Legends
Servants of Freedom
Borderline Justice

I am, perhaps unsurprisingly, most interested in decent, fun primary weapons

Thanks!

If you're looking for decent, fun primary weapons, you can rule out Chemical Agents, lmao.
Not too familiar with the others. The SMG and shotgun in Truth Enforcers are quite fun, in my opinion. The SMG has crazy recoil, though.
I'll let people with more experience weigh in.

If you are looking for a primary, I'd say Servant of Freedom is probably the best of the bunch.
The Double Edge Sickle is surprisingly okay. Like a Sickle (aka a good weapon), but one that can shot for way longer at the cost of your life (usually a good trade).

It also comes with the AMAZING GP-31 Ultimatum WB (aka the mini nuke side arm) which is very, VERY good against bot (once you realize that thing that destroy a disruptor and detector towers in one shot, this thing becomes your best friend).
(also the portable hellbomb is gimicky but fun).

Truth Enforcer has 2 decent primaris too, but the fact that I couldn't even tell you how they perform is probably a good indicator that they aren't that great.

But honestly, none of the warbond you've listed are top tier primary material imo.

Urban legend, the armor is too good to pass up. it give you 20% more ammo, 30% faster reload and it's light armor. the AT emplacement is also an S tier stratagem, maybe even too powerful.

but if you want to be more aggressive, Servant of Freedom is also good, it give you Ultimatum to destroy objective that require hellbomb and the hellbomb backpack bypass jammer, the sickle 2 is a good weapon as well
Truth enforcer primaries are really good, the shotgun has stun rounds, and the SMG is hard hitting, but kinda ammo hungry, the armours passive suck though.

Oh yeah, totally forgot that one hat the AT Emplacement. That thing is one of the best defensive stratagem out there for sure!
Justice has a fun primary and armor to make all secondaries more fun (also makes senator viable as primary). Urban legends has an armor that increases reload for all primaries (all i use). Apart from that i would say none of them have anything worth much

depends on what you find decent and fun in primaries

truth enforcers has the most bang for buck with 2 primaries and a secondary

reprimand smg is 2 handed so basically an ar. small mag slow reload high spread you can't do anything about which artificially limits its range
but it uses verdict ammo so it has good breakpoints
on spectrum of libpen -> adjudicator -> reprimand, reprimand is on the extreme end with the most damage but most compromises
urban legends' siege ready helps its reload speed and ammo eco greatly.

halt shotgun is a pump shotty with dual 8-round tube mags you need to micromanage frequently, but one mag is powerful stun 2 rounds (shuts down enemies for 5 seconds) and the other is medium pen flechette rounds

loyalist is a pocket purifier. you can jog while charging shots. magazine size is small but it's precise and overall quite fun to use.

urban legends doesn't have primaries but has a killer armor passive which makes primaries better(siege ready- primary reload speed, extra ammo for all weapons barring backpack-fed support weapons)
and the anti-tank emplacement which is a powerful 30 round anti tank pen manned turret with a long range scope

servants of freedom has double edge sickle, it's a sickle without safety guards so it will hurt you more the hotter it gets but it also gets better penetration and damage the hotter it gets (up to heavy pen, able to frontally kill hulks and deal full damage to medium armor enemies. not worth it against other heavies)
you really need a heat resist armor passive to not hate using it though
ultimatum is pistol slot mini nuke launcher. when it came out it was a practical anti-heavy option, a pistol slot alternative to thermite grenades, but its demo force is so high it can kill subobjectives which ruffles some feathers. instead of reducing its demo force they fuuuarked its ammo economy which makes its dedicated AT niche impractical, heavyhanding it into a structure destroying niche which is much more limited in utility and overall usefulness

borderline justice has deadeye and talon.
deadeye is a precise hard-hitting staggering long range lever action rifle. best on bots and squids. onetaps overseer heads and most bot heads. on bots, you can 2 tap kill devastators by shooting one of their legs. reload speed is slow, benefits greatly from siege ready passive from urban legends but not terrible without it. the diligences have better kill potential, but deadeye is unmatched in damage per shot, which gives it good breakpoints.

talon is a laser revolver, 200dmg, medium pen. while most pistols have smg tier spread limiting their range, talon has 0, it's as precise as dagger. instead its accuracy is balanced by it being front-heavy, shaky in your hands. being a laser you may assume it has wind-up, practically it does not. it shoots very fast. heatsink has capacity for 6 (7 forces reload) if you spam, but with even just a little pacing your shots you can stretch that heatsink to higher capacity. thanks to both its precision and damage output, talon is the closest thing to a "soft primary" in your pistol slot.
armor passive is gunslinger, which buffs secondaries. better reload speed, quickdraw holster and less recoil (recoil part of the passive bugged not to work currently)

None of those have good primaries, I would recommend Servants for Judgement which is the best utility secondary or the Urban for AT emplacement which is fantastic.

Chemical agent has the gas drone, which is incredible against bugs. Unfortunately the gas grenade isn't really worth bringing because it can't break nests, and the support weapon can't kill anything while taking your support weapon slot so it's easily the worse one in the game IMO.

Urban legend has the anti tank turret which trivialises more defense oriented missions because it can shoot down ships bringing reinforcements, and the shield keeps you safe against the bots. The spear is decent against melee ennemies.

Servant of freedom has the Double edge sickle which, if you're looking for a good primary, well that's the one you must get. The weapon deals a lot of damage but also damages you and if fired long enough even sets you on fire. It also has the Ultimatum which is the only anti tank secondary in the game.
This aside the bomb backpack while considered by some to be a meme can absolutely wipe just about anything in the game.

I didn't take Truth enforcer and Borderline justice so I can't comment. All I can say is I didn't hear great things about the weapons in Truth enforcer.

Surprise, it can for some reason.

Ah ? Was this changed ? Well then I guess I'll be trying that.

With the illuminate drop they gave it demo force, which is pretty confusing and silly tbh
We're already talking about bugs, guess what people run for bug holes there? the grenade pistol. whose main selling point is to bring non-lethal or non-spawner-killing grenades without sacrificing that utility. how is a gas grenade exploding with such force that it kills spawners, while smokes and stuns are incapable of doing the same? why don't frags have this demo force to kill squid tesla towers as they truly do explode?

The stun grenade shouldn't be able to destroy nests, but the smoke grenade should, it's basically the gas grenade but without flavour
