Haven't played in a while, thought the killzone crossover thing was a war bond or permanent or something and missed out, will it ever come back? Or is it done.

it'll come back in store rotation, but the CCO has also gone on record to state that they're revamping the store so it has a permanent tab for crossovers in future IIRC

I missed the wave that granted the free second part of the collab (i bought the game after they acknowledge their mistake), they said there would be two waves, but... they didn't said when.

I read in their support site that they will decide on it after New Years for people like you and me that missed the wave of free stuff. I assume they are on holidays rn.
