WTF is wrong with these devs... everything was going so well and then I discover that I can't give or get VITAL supplies that is NEEDED
It's 100% a bug because you can still supply yourself with stims and grenades. If they intended it to not supply anyone, it wouldn't do that at all.
the devs take a long as hell vacation and leave the game broken, its a classic move, vintage, even.
Overall I think the devs are doing a better job than 80% of all the other teams out there.
Not sure why there are so many bitter gamer using every single opportunity to rant.
You must play some absolutely terrible games to think the devs are doing anything better than a completely amateur job. They screw up catastrophically like with escalation of freedom, and they seem to break one thing every time they fix something else, which is made even worse by their atrocious patch note practices where they routinely fail to mention changes with practically every patch, which just further breeds animosity because no one can trust what they say they did.
I was heartbroken that I could not help my friend with anything but ammo, also, I am not sure what you mean by 'rant' since my OP is just me voicing my disbelief.
you are trippin like most glazedivers. other games have weekly (or at least monthly) patch fixes. holiday events, new maps, better optimization and hey they even test their game too. then theres AH..
I would speculate that they're all using the same underlying system, which would be what broke if I have this correctly. I don't think the game's architecture is particularly robust.
December had 3 patches
November 2
October 3
September 3
August 3
So they do patch at least monthly.
Helldivers had a holiday event, even if it was just a small one, but if you don't count that, thats fine by me. It really was almost nothing.
But the illuminates got released only a few weeks ago so I think thats reasonable that they don't have another new big thing in such a short time.
Since launch they added new stratagems, new maps, new warbonds, new enemy types, new mission types, new events (galactic war). You really think they are doing a bad job? Thats a bit rough.
The only thing where they really need to improve is the stability and optimization of the game.
If I remember for example the darktide launch, THAT was a mess.
Space Marine 2 also didn't shine with the state of the game and how long it took to fix things.
Give me a live service game that handles it better. The only thing that comes to mind is deep rock galactic.
I won't start an argument about live service games in general. That topic is way too hot to discuss here.
