but when it comes to moving to a new place, i have no idea how it will work, but im guessing aslong as you own it before you move you will be able to play

Thank you for your reply. Like I said in the original post, I know I would get access to the game 3 months later at latest on Steam's end, however, I was told that even if I could launch the game on Steam, it'd be on the Sony side (so, in-game) that I would get banned.
Just for clarity, that is the exact information that I had already known for a couple of years. I'm specifically talking about Helldivers 2, and if you would get banned in game for playing from an unsupported region.
Anything you hear from this thread won't be definitive, though, I'd contact Sony directly and ask.
This is correct as far as I'm aware, but also the reason I've blocked Playstation as a publisher/developer on my steam page now. Bad business practises shouldn't be rewarded.
Yep. Every sony game now has this policy of not allowing purchases in regions that don't have PSN, including things like Ghosts of Tushima(sp?) etc.
