Close air support from a gunship that last a minute or two
Airburst rocket rifle, similar to the crossbow in damage but with a proximity fuse and a little higher ammo count
Overwatch artillery that fires on any enemy that enters a marked area for a minute
For balancing, it could slowly repair/rearm over time, and only when no one is in it. That way you can't just cheese it for infinite health and ammo.
I also think some general fortification stratagems would be cool. Small barricades or pillboxes to give extra cover. Plus, since the ground can be deformed, you could even have some that are dug into the ground slightly. Like a shallow trench line or something.
Would only be helpful against bots though, and only in specific circumstances, but cool never the less.
I'm not in the Helldivers Reddit or Discord, so I can't do much about that. Do feel free to let Arrowhead know about all these ideas, though. I'm merely interested in hearing some cool ideas.
Speaking of which, I would absolutely love a Engineer Kit, one that let's you do some proper trench warfare by digging trenches, building barricades or fortifying turrets. We already have the Directional and Ballistic Shield. Now give me some stationary shields that don't immediately fold when a Hulk looks our direction
I don't even care if it's not an attachment or if the laser replaces a secondary, I want to lase targets for a destroyer to hit.
A buddy drone or equippable exosuit that allows carrying heavy objects unimpeded, wielding any weapon as a one handed weapon, remotely interfacing with terminals or potentially opening bunkers alone.
The REP-80 Medic Gun from Helldivers 1, giving you a support weapon that can heal allies and vehicles.
In the same line as the REP-80 the Angel Guard Dog, one that stims Helldivers automatically when they reach critical health. Or an alternative that FTL jumps to allied divers when they would normally die, instantly shielding and stimming them instead.
A stim strike/barrage that creates a lingering cloud of damage-dampening, health regenerating and absolutely non-addictive aerosolized stimulant.

barbed wire fields for slowing enemies and killing fodder until they're destroyed by a heavy going over them.
A barricade with a machine gun would be nice.
Stun or sticky mines? Locking down a bunch of enemies in a field for easy killing would be quite cool, even if it's inferior to straight up killing them.
SPG-9 inspired emplacement unguided rocket with heavy armour pen essentially just a Recoil less as an emplacement but a really fast reload maybe with a new ammo type.
Eagle Heavy strike. Inspired by World in conflict heavy air strike essentially just a player callable eagle storm but its limited area maybe either limited uses or really long cool down and disallows the usage of single eagles so to keep single eagle strikes relevant. More of an area suppression stratagem allowing for retreating. (rockets, bombs, clusters, no 500 though.)
Micro SAM auto turret. An automatic anti air turret can two shot gunships / wipe out shrieker hordes maybe also target flying illuminate troops.
Fuel Air bomb. Also inspired by world in conflict. More effective against biologic enemies large air burst area effect less destructive against structures so it can allow emplacements to survive maybe.
MRLS strike, Massive area of effect 90mm HE rockets similar to a 120 just weaker but with way faster cooldown longer lasting impact time.
Propaganda strike (more of a joke strat) Airburst letterbombs filled with super earth propaganda forces enemies to retreat blocks any attempt to call reinforcements in the area debuffs enemies as well for a short period of time.
