you maybe picked 2 boxes.
dont know what would´ve happened when one was using a +2 stim armor, as i never used that.
maybe it is currently just as broken as the supply backpack, which only gives ammo and no stims when handing out packs to other players. obviously that´s not really a problem for supply pack users, so i think it should stay like this.
either the stims are beer bottle sized or the package is full of nothing
medicine that almost instantly fixes broken legs & arms, gives back endurance and provides immunity against any form of harm (except instant death) for a couple of seconds probably comes with packaging.
everything comes with packaging.
as said, possibly a bug that´s somehow connected with handind out packs from the supply packback.
changes like this should definitely be in the patchnotes.
Reports have surfaced of some Helldivers sneaking extra stims into their resupply bags—those caught have been tried and sent for re-education
This fixes an issue with incorrect amount of stims being granted in resupplies
