There's something moving around the black hole

There is this bright orb at the bottom right of the black hole. It's not a flare, it wasn't there before, and it's moving on it's on. It's been moving left slowly but it's 100% moving.

I swear I feel I'm going mad but I hear new noises. They sound like the drop ships when they fly in but distorted.
