KILLZONE - The HALO killer. Yeah, this was not a killer. Decent effort, though. Hopefully GG improve upon the sequel, if we ever do get one.
KILLZONE 2 Target teaser trailer - Holy hell, that looks impressive. Wait, are we getting a sequel? Holy Helghast, we got a sequel! Does it meet the target? Not entirely, BUT THIS IS BADASS! That input delay is rough, though. Still, THIS IS BADASS!
KILLZONE 3 - That campaign did not hit nearly as hard as the 2nd game, but that Multiplayer sure is a lot better. Man, KILLZONE is awesome. Helghast did nothing wrong.
Shadow Fall - Well, that sucked. Watch SONY forget this franchise after one blunder, and in several years from now will tease fans with cosmetic items to further piss you off.
I am pissed off.
Regardless you lost out, 2 and 3 were awesome. Not to mention its only a franchise dating back 20 years now.
But I see this as the first step for futur cool armors.
H.E.V suit from Half-Life
U.A.C armors from Doom
Mobile Infantry obviously
Frontiersmen from Natural Selection 2
There's plenty of settings that could have happened in the past of Super Earth which could give us cool armors.
Im pretty sure for killzone fans this was a pretty hype tie in till they saw the prices at least
Killzone was a lot of my summers as a kid, and came from a time where a lot of people my age consider the "golden era" of FPS games (and really a lot games as a whole.) If you have the means to play it, I say give it a chance. It's not Halo, but it isn't CoD either. Really fantastic games.
You don't have to use their consoles to know whats popular on them.
Call it. You'll be wrong, but that's on you. We're all VERY impressed with your pop culture knowledge.
I was born long enough ago you can probably EASILY be one of my grandchildren. Even my PC only son in his 40s didn't know what it is (but he HAD heard of it, yet had to google it like I did)
I'm sorry your ancestors from napoleon era didn't let you out from under your rock.
Edit - Lol he already labeled me as a clown, hes a flipping 20 yr old pretending to be 100
Actually I DO own a PS3, but no ps3 games. Bought it for the ps1/2 HW compat. and blueray capability. Though I do not think I ever bought a single BR disk. Had to have a place for the kids to play Jumping Flash and ridge racer.
