Throwing knives have not been fixed.
You can equip grenades by pressing 4, yet numbnuts doesn't use the knife as a melee weapon when you do this and press f, and it feels like a missed opportunity.
The funny part is knives are loud to enemies.
Really hoping this changes now that the game has actual melee weapons. Giving it a slow but very powerful "back stab" type melee which is also silent could be really fun for the people who want to focus on stealth.
Is that still true? I thought that was changed?
Either way, even with 28 knives I still wouldn't use them because it takes like 4 of them to kill a single guy unless you get super lucky
That's how we *should* be able to throw a knife and they should change it to be as such. Instead we got limp wrizkit
They want to make it more fun? Change the melee attack when wielding one to a stab with the knife that does more damage than your base melee attack and also make it so you can actually hit the damn enemy that you're throwing the knifes at by making it more of a straight arc
The trailer shot they use of the knives being tosses is garbage because it's not like that in the game. You can't even kill a basic warrior with just one knife, you need to toss several and hope they hit and hope they hit the same part and hope they don't bounce
