I think the devs nerfed it since we were about to complete the mission. I was just as confused and couldn't launch, thought my game broke but it may have been because the devs locked it. I was randomly kicked from a game and now it makes sense, I think it liberated while I was on it but they decided against it and probably kicked everyone. Makes sense with how long we have to complete it. Gotta keep on that grind.

AH doing exactly what they've been doing, flipping the chess board because their calculations aren't lining up with reality. They are such children.

We had fun, no fun allowed.

I think when a planet is 100% liberated you're not meant to be able to do missions on it anymore, and if you finish a mission on it you will see a default placeholder that's like 49.9950% liberated which ticks up to 50.0000% or whatever, right?

For people who still have missions available due to logging out or whatever with an ongoing operation, or for planetary defence missions.

Honestly it's pretty weird and they should change it at some point. Just another thing that you can throw on the jank pile.

Oh maybe I misread your question. When I checked on it about half an hour ago it was like 95% with like +5% an hour liberation rate. I guess it just didn't tick over for you or something, lag or whatever maybe?

This doesn't seem new.
I personally don't look what happens on the map because it doesn't really involve me, but I've seen plenty of people complaining about percentages being changed arbitrarily.

I'd say it's time for people to understand it's all make believe and stop caring, but it is indeed supposed to be a significant part of the game so there's an argument to be made there.

Anyway yeah, apparently most of the info you're shown in game is irrelevant because they don't refrain from making changes arbitrarily and they aren't subtle about it.

If it is liberated, why is it not complete in the major order list?

nah its not this, im not even on this planet right now and it says exactly 50.55000% liberated even tho it is liberated and locked as a result but not completed on major order

I dunno man.

I just jumped into the game and it says that Turing is under SE control.

Its also not possible to select the planet to launch a mission.

Janky lag, maybe.

A while ago one of the other MOs did the same, the one for the SEAF facilities? I recall seeing one of the planets reach 100%, but the bar showed it 100% filled up with the level at 50% and the planet wasn't ticked.

It fixed itself a few hours later though.

Got on an hour and a half or so ago and the map said it was at 97.5% did an operation and suddenly it's at 50% yep, flipping the chessboard when you're losing. is the bad gamemaster thing to do.

Edit: then again if we're playing chess, why is there a game master?

The planet was liberated and then defaulted to 50% after being locked.
