Steam family sharing removed?

I've been playing through Steam Family Sharing for weeks, using my brother's purchase. Even played it today. But now it's saying that the game is not supported by family sharing and I need to purchase it myself.

Did the game get removed from it?

Apparently no, Steam just glitched for me. I had to restart my computer but now all my family sharing is back and I can play Helldivers again.
