Grenade Pistol in the Demolition pack.
Sickle and Blitzer and Stun Grenade in....I forgot the name. The third one.
Incindiery Breaker in the second Warbond.
The latest Warbond is average at best and can be ignored.
I run those two every helldive.
Agree with the rest
Incendiary Breaker is fantastic versus Bugs, I bring it to almost every Bug mission.
Blitzer is also great versus bugs, since it has unlimited ammo (but a short range-- perfect for when they try to get in close)
Plasma Punisher is great as a poor man's grenade launcher; it's effective versus almost any target other than factories and holes; you just have to keep some distance between you and the target. I bring this for almost every eradicate mission, since you can lob shots over walls/cover.
Sickle is great if you love the Stalwart-- It doesn't do a whole lot of damage, but the high rate of fire is fantastic.
On the other end of the rate of fire spectrum is the Jar-5 Dominator; it has a low rate of fire but is great against single target bots.
Pummeler SMG is a great one handed weapon that can stun targets (with enough rounds loaded into them). I use it for almost every Bot mission (it's great for when you need to run but want to kill the berserkers chasing you).
Grenade Pistol is a handy little weapon for use against Striders, Factories and Bug holes when you're out of grenades or AC shots. It's the side arm I never take off.
On the other hand, if you don't mind a slow firing, low ammo pistol, the Senator is a handy weapon versus bots for when you run out of shots on your main (it's not my weapon of choice, but other people I know use it almost religiously).
Incendiary grenades (from the latest warbond) is also great versus bugs-- I almost never bring anything else when I'm against those critters.
Stun grenades are fantastic versus virtually all targets; they give you room to set up attacks on things with other heavy weapons (but take a bit of getting used to).
It all comes down to your preferred play style and what you like to use the most.
EDIT: I should add though-- on the slight chance you and your squaddies want to bring multiple Tesla Towers and Arc weapons, Cutting Edge might ultimately be the best choice, since it offers Arc Resistant armor (it doesn't protect you from all the damage, but you'll survive at least some of the bounce from Arc weapons).
You can even use the Arc Resistant armor to effectively increase the range of your Tesla Towers if you have extra stims-- Standing near a Tesla Tower with Arc Resistant armor will first hit you, then bounce to nearby enemies who may not be in the actual range of the Tesla Tower. You should be able to survive maybe four of these hits, but it's better than only once.
If you like automatic weapons, get cutting edge for the sickle, also stun grenede is highly useful
If you like primary weapons with big bangs, get democratic detonation (though the main event (eruptor) isn't in a great place currently)
If you like the idea of being able to stunlock enemies while shooting and running all at the same time, go polar patriots for the pummeller
Personally, I'd say first choice is between steeled vet and cutting edge
Sickle for bots, Blitzer for bugs.

Veterans has the most used primaries for both bugs and bots.
Cutting edge is my favorite with 3 great primaries for both factions
Detonation basically has ...the grenade pistol
Polar has...the pummeler SMG
Ofc thats a generalization but those are the standouts
I'd probably say: Helldivers Unite (Standard Warbond) > Steeled Veterans > Cutting Edge. Once you got these ;-) Get the Democratic Detonation (Grenade Pistol is nice to have; the Erupter is not worth it at the moment). And Polar Patriots was more like a shot in the foot. Although the Pummeler is not all bad, it's definitely not some must have gun.
