(Serious) Is super earth the "bad guy" of helldivers?

Is super earth actually good or are they bad? I mean they make the helldivers genocide bugs for little to no reason other then fuel. Bot's are understandable but why are we killing the bugs? I ask everyone replying to please reply in a serious manner.

(This doesn't preclude everyone else also being the baddies too, just.. we're absolutely baddies as well).

Yes, the bots/cyborgs are literally enslaved in a mining gulag and are rebelling to free themselves, the bugs have been farmed and slaughtered for generations and are rebelling to free themselves, the Illuminate are mad as hell that they got their asses kicked in HD1 and all their tech stolen as war reparations. Dude, the default 'Diver uniform is inspired by WW2 German uniforms (and Starship Troopers ones..... but Starship Troopers uniforms were inspired by WW2 German uniforms too.) The helmet shape matches the German Stahlhelm in profile, the skulls emblazoned everywhere are awfully similar to the Nazis, there are outright blurbs on weapons like the Knight (IIRC) being used to execute dissidents by firing squad.

Super Earth pulled massive historical revision, and researching Earth's actual history is banned and punished by death. They nuked a large number of major historical areas in Europe, including places with ruins and museums old enough to prove that Super Earth wasn't "always" around like they insist.

yep every alien faction was actually peaceful at first contact.

Bug got attacked because they were oil

Illuminate got attacked for WMD hint: they didn't have WMD

Cyborg got attacked because they wanted to be free from superearth control

The bugs wants to kill everything because they are bugs.
And super earth wants to stop em from doing so because we are human and we know that bugs doesn't have the same rationale as we do.
