Weapon settings not saving

Anyone else have the issue of their weapons not saving their settings after they die? Its been like this for months now for me.

Always some random weapon with the light on, scope set to short range, cqb weapon using red dot, and so forth. Even though I have the game set to remember settings per weapon this still happens. I've tried turning it all off to reset and it made no difference.

I made the mistake of changing the save settings for weapons after months of not touching it. So is this a recent problem?

Yeah same, always on ADS when respawning or starting a mission, how many features that should not be touched by these nerf patches suddenly get changed or reverted? How many times did they break Supreror Packaging methodology again?!

Check to see if the settings are on saving the most recent use or by weapon, as they're kind of hinky and annoying.


Superior packing also requires that someone WITH the upgrade be the one to call in the Resupply, otherwise it's just a regular resupply instead of the upgraded one.

Yeah I get it you're trying to make up excuses. My settings never changed and I rechecked them when it happened before and yes it was save what I pick, then I'd die and it would go right back to ADS but the setting would read save my last.

SPM, yes I'm keenly aware, thank you for trying to muddy the water with your argument but it's not going to work. Everyone knows SPM was broken at least 3 or 4 times since it's introduction, including the patch that gave us that exact upgrade so please go somewhere else to excuse AH.

Not sure if related but my ADS button was rebound to the mouse wheel (I had it on another mouse button since ever).
It's the first time it happened and it was the only single setting that changed.

Just dropped into a mission and I couldn't ADS out of the blue.

Yep, got this bug too everytime i die/spawn in mission, I am busy setting my weapons config while dealing with enemies.

Yeah since last patch it's non stop.

You can set the aim presets in settings to off and it will automatically always be in 3rd person mode
