What does not kill you (how to get?)

Been trying to get the achievement but the way I've seen doesn't seem to work, using democracy protects armour with impact grenades.

Are there any other ways to get it solo or with a friend?

Wear the armor and then call down supply drops or weapon strategems. Laydown flat in the middle of the blue light. Might take a few tries.

This is how I got it to pop. It took like three or four calldowns IIRC... just join a level 1 mission and bring four support weapons with the democracy protects armour. Between those and the supply/SOS you should get it to unlock.
