Seismic Probe bug: No call-in code, manual input of the code doesn't work.

We got to the location, but the code wouldn't appear nor would it work if we put in the code we looked up online for the thing. We searched around in spite of our absolute certainty of the spot it wanted us to put it, but to no avail.

So we all killed ourselves til our lives ran out.
Terrible bug... We almost completed the mission, was great up til then.

Yup, it's a bug that does happen.

It's caused by a lag (desync?).
