I know I can't be the only one that has noticed this. I've hit chargers head on at 90 degree angle only for them to bounce off. It's nuts actually.
They've bounced a lot in the past. My friend accidentally held one down when he was throwing it and it clicked. Then we found they always seem to stick if they click haha.
I'll be honest I've never actually cooked a thermite before. I was under the impression that once it "clicks" the fuse has started and you get the sparks. Don't you take damage from this?
Ricochet is an important part of the game but I think it just needs to be adjusted. I've snuck up on chargers before and hit them broadside while they are standing still 90 degree angle only for it to bounce. I regularly have to use 2 thermites to kill a charger because the first 1 is always made of rubber, it's almost a personal meme at this point.
