They should make a "hell divers social area" (read more)

I was thinking they should make a "hell divers social area" sorta like the VR chat room thing
except it would be like a bar area where you can talk to other hell divers

Recruit people to join you in battle, strategist how to win the war, shoot the ♥♥♥♥ etc

kind of like the offices bar or soldiers bar sort of thing

lets make it happen Dev gods

I can't imagine a more fun way to spend my time.

Somone was social towards me yesterday in the pod area..

"Teezam please leave now!"

I wrote "sure np"
and "gggg"
left ship alone.

I almost uninstalled the game..!
So i go fly around..And i end up in the dark matter round black hole..
Planet area.

As a proud 62level player i stand and watch the void, and just "why?"

I had 450 kills and all the other players who can Run REALLY really fast on the battlefield had about 114 kills each..

And then..
There must be a generation difference.. In old days, people used to chat ON !!

Today nothing...
No chat nothin..

So i figured.. "Well they using microphones.."
And cannot use the keyboard features much..

It's a problem for old players like me, who don't use their gaming-rig as a Telephone.

I can attest, but the place the community meets, and the way they meet, really changes things. here for example the steam forum is right outside the game. it's the first thing you can click and engage with when the game has pissed you off for one reason or another which is why there are so many rants on here and has attracted a trollbase.

its not the best place to make a good first impression. ive been spammed with jesters for just having an opinion on here, or just being critical of something. its a bit of a cesspool.

but the SAME community are the people youre playing with ingame who are covering ur back and tag teaming objectives with. same people doing emotes with you on the ship before dropping in to play ur favourite game. we arent bad people lol were just people.

having our characters meet up in game isn't gonna result in the same kinda interactions as this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ forum is what im trying to say lol

I think this is coming with the clans update? When the battle station is fully operational.

I just think it would be fun and funny to have people come in and role play

(people in the officers club/bar) har har har har xd

"do you guys have any nick for the smoke chargers"
some rando "smoke biggen" har har har"

then like some big alert comes over the TV at the bar etc, everyone starts dipping out immediately in mass to fight

"Democracy callls brothers!!!"



just fun stuff like that is what i envision :)

I would ague someones ship is like there personal space, there home.

im thinking like everyone docked at a station sort of thing so there is no pressure for anything accept to pass along information and war stories

No, absolutely not. Social areas just become proxies to push Microtransactions because ultimately they turn into a way for you to interact with a RMX more often.

honestly i don't care about micro transactions, if they wanted to have a mannequin in the bar area or like a little store that you could walk into sporting the newest armor guns etc
i would not be appose to that

think of that one scene from star ship troopers when they are all on the space station getting tattoos doing there thing meeting people that they haven't seen in a while etc

its a HUB area
