I actually did not know that a clan leader said that, but that’s unfortunate. I know it’s not a perfect place at all with it being a concentration of many die hard fans (myself included) but I suppose it’s hard to manage so many personalities on a large scale. Oh, Gorilla is a bit of a newer mod. It’s possible he just didn’t see the history of that user but I can check to see if the application came through. It’s probably already being deliberated and will likely be denied if there is a bad user history

I have no bad history in there, and yet I was shadow banned (and my appeal denied) for complaining about games with (fake) DEI. I wasn't rude, I wasn't trying to start a movement, I was just conversing with someone. Can't think of a single rule I broke by doing this. This is something that a good moderator/admin would just ask you to stop doing if they had a problem with it. Clearly someone took major offense to this and used their position to just arbitrarily do what they want by removing me, and that is nasty activist—not mod—behavior.

Honestly, if you're going into the social channels and not enjoying the conversations, that's kind of on you. But the info channels are all good sources of information.

I do the same i only check and stay on that part of the channel its the only normal section over there in the discord , everything else is toxic there ,

It's just boring to try and chat in a Discord that moves so fast. I can deal with "toxic," because I'm a big adult and stuff, but it just isn't interesting. Anyone that gets banned from the Discord went looking for attention, lmao

SOME mods are extremely toxic. A lot of their bans seem to fly under the radar. They push woke agendas and actively participate in discussing them. As soon as you try to give a counter argument you are either muted or banned.

MODs and a select few users throw out bait words to get chat to engage then sit back as people get muted or banned when they take the bait. They brag about it all the time and celebrate it.

This place isn't any better lol. You've got trolls either making troll posts or false reporting people into getting banned for voicing their opinions/critics of the game (Steam's Rules and Guidelines is still extremely easy to skirt or abuse), many of which never came back even after the ban was expired, and continued playing the game without caring anymore.

Just give up, and continue playing as you want as well. The playerbase in general is hopeless too anyway. What happened at the bot front is testament enough to how severely lacking in the upstairs department the playerbase is. Could have saved both Mastia and Gaellivare, but the playerbase being the bright people they are, decided to fool around, losing both planets, and the Jet Brigade advancing further, when we could have saved both planets, and the Jet Brigade wiped out by cutting them off and stranded on Gaellivare.

The game is far from dying (or from being dead), but you're never going to be able to rally players together like before in the first 3 months of the game when everyone was meme-ing and having fun. The sooner you accept the game's new reality the sooner you're better off, and just like the first comment said, just stop caring man, it's pointless and just bad for your own mental wellbeing. Just have fun in your own way.
