i like to run 3 Orbitals ( either 120 mm + 380 + something or 3 fast cooldown ones) or 3 Eagles + RR , crossbow , laser pistol , and thermite nades usually works really great.

Generally good to have primaries that have decent armour pierce. My personal favourite is the Liberator Penetrator, but other armour piercing weapons work too.
For stratagems, I always have the Orbital Laser, excellent crowd control and single target, just try not to get caught in the fire.

Walking barrage is a staple for me.

RR is meta King.

Sentries are tougher to use because bots can shoot them down quick.

The Scorcher or Plasma Punisher are very nice for bots.

i like to use rocket or autocannon sentries and put em on elevated positions, like a cliff, so bots cant hit them as easily with splash damage, or mortar/emp sentries and putting them in ditches. Works great. Other than that, heavy machine gun with ammo backpack to chew through pretty much anything the bots can throw at you. Very versatile.

For primary i usually use the adjudicator or a marksman rifles to compensate for the HMG's lack of long range effectivity.

Orbital laser is always good. Gatling barrage is great against bots and can even take down hulks semi consistently.

Spear is great for taking down turrets and tanks. RR also but may require flanking to get a better shot, spear doesn't care about that.

Sickle is a great primary for bots as well if you want something more spray n pray.

Thermite is pretty much permanently in my loadout now, can deal with pretty much anything with one grenade, good for if an enemy gets too close for spear lockon or HMG spray.

These are by far not any meta choices but some of my favs for sure and will do a solid job until at least difficulty 7, possibly above (I don't play much above, my friends don't play the game enough).

Reprimand, Senator, Thermite
500kg / 120mm, Strafing Run, Jump Pack, Railgun / AMR

Jet Brigade Special:
Defender / Knight, Loyalist, Thermite
500kg / 120mm, Strafing Run, Jump Pack, Railgun / AMR

AT:
DCS, Senator, Stun / Gas
500kg / 120mm, Strafing Run, Jump Pack, Quasar

Baby Mode:

In case you were wondering: Strafing Run is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good on bots. Like, busted levels of good (don't tell AH).

Honestly, I've gone super boring since I came back.

Crossbow. Big Revolver. Thermite grenade. Supply backpack. rocket turret. machine gun turret. which then leaves 1 slot open for me, which I either go autocannon barrage, or gas.
ELX-Sevazinho☄ Nov 11, 2024 @ 1:43pm
stun grenade, 110mm pods, crossbow and supply pack
Crossbone Nov 11, 2024 @ 1:48pm
Orbital laser for me, it can clear a lot of big targets on an enemy base on it's own.

I only run bot 10s (honestly this changes at around bots 6 as there are far more troopers vs devastators.)

DCS, Senator, Thermite. Servo assisted.
Strafing Run, orbital precision strike, jump pack, Quasar.

Few things, I think people sleep on servo assisted it lets you get your strikes right where you need them to be. Also getting a thermite where it needs to be is huge too. sneaking in with jump pack throwing a few thermites then a quasar shot and jumping out is a devastating first contact.
Orbital precision strike can kill the eyes of sauron while also not having a long cool down so you feel you can use it whenever you need it. (for example if there is AA or something.) Also if you whiff it no big deal.

I used to dislike the Quasar but with infinite ammo you don't mind hitting cannon towers you might not take a shot at with the RR to save ammo. Charge up is a bit annoying however because you are so mobile with the jump pack the cool down and charge ups aren't as much of an issue and as you have servo assisted so you just gtfo from any drops or anything
instead of fighting.

I've become addicted to the jump pack. It's saved my life multiple times and let me get to objectives when I would normally not have been able to. (IE getting to the terminal quick for jammers or getting up on heavy outposts.)

If I feel like fighting more than just getting the mission done I switch out jump and quasar with a RR and HMG emplacement.

I like to play :

Primary : R-36 Eruptor (Be aware to not aggro everything on you, it's a slow pace riffle with explosive)
Secondary : P-19 in case of emergency (when three bots charge me)

Support : Recoiless riffle (Anti-tank, anti-factories, ...)

For the moment, it work for me.

Boosters, play what you like. If i need to take a sentry, i prefer to take a mortar because it shoot from above (weakness of bots are behind them mostly).

Don't go alone. Stick with someone.
