Final Eagle ship module(Advanced crew training) doesn't work...

Are you leaving at least one use of your Eagle Strategems unused when you tell it to resupply? That's the part where it's confusing some players. It needs at least one unused eagle strategem 'charge' in order to gain the 10% cool down bonus.

Its only gives a few sec less cooldown its hard detect it

Yeah. I tried with at least one or with all of them except for 1 used. But it's always the same time

Tested it myself. Without Operation Modifiers it gives 6 seconds cd reduction.
Could be a little bit more when Orbital Fluctuations modifier is on (cooldown increased by 25%)?
But I didn't test it.

I finally just unlocked it, and yeah, it's wild to me. -10% cooldown? 120 seconds? 140 seconds? should be... 12 or 14 seconds? .... and it's... 5 or 6. ?????? so silly.

tested with ALL eagle drops remaining, having one remaining, all types of eagles having one remaining... with operational modifiers on sometimes it was a LONGER cooldown than others without the upgrade had.

Absolute waste.

Well it is free cool down once you have it unlocked. I wouldn't save an eagle just to use it but it doesn't hurt to have it. Eventually you unlock everything anyway.

Yeah it only saves like 5 seconds which makes it seem pretty useless. I'm sure they'll fix it tho... by changing the 10% to a 5% as was intended

Yeah its not worth it for the price but when you only have 1 AS left then i do a reload in 90% of the time anyway so its ok and nice to have but its still to expensive

If it was 5-10% per eagle uses left unused it would've been better.
Still not too strong, but having nice scalability.
