WoT releases overtuned tanks to make people buy them.

AH nerfs things regardless if it's new or old. It's not exactly there to make people try the new things. They just nerf literally anything that becomes even remotely popular.

Do both practices ruin fun? Sure.

Wait... i thought Helldivers 2 was a PVE game which supposedly automatically made it impossibe to balance in a BALANCED way by not integrating power creep and boredom by just increasing every weapon's damage until every malder in existence is happy enough that their favorite toy is the best at killing everything...
