Confidential Data - Super Helldive Glitched?

Found a sample that you have to carry with one hand in the new difficulty, it was called "Confidential Data." We extracted with it and there wasn't any benefit, was immediately disconnected when we got back to our Destroyer.

What was that Confidential Data piece supposed to do?

On difficulty 10, there are mega bases with a carryable item. For bots it's the data for bugs it's an egg. If you extract while holding the thing, it gives you some samples. Not particularly rewarding but a fun thing to do.

thanks for the tip, it must have bugged for us as we extracted with apparently no samples collected. Might be a bit glitchy, or one of my members at the time crashed

It actually shows up separate from the samples themselves. In the squad payout screen that shows samples, currency, and xp rewards, there should be a 4th section called something like "high value loot" that details what it gave you

Want to update and say the reward I got from it finally was definitely underwhelming.
2 super samples and 4 rares, not a lot to write home about for how difficult it is to get
